General Notice:
Levan Town (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 Park Improvements.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Levan Town Hall located at 20 North Main, Levan, UT 84639, until Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Pickleball court improvements. The project will be bid with 2 alternatives. Alternative 1 consists of a post-tensioned reinforced concrete slab with acrylic surfacing and Alternative 2 consists of a conventional reinforced concrete slab with a modular tile surface. Bids will be received for single contract.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $90,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.
Obtaining Bidding Documents:
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the Bonfire website and Contractor Portal (https://contractors.jonesanddemille.com/).
For first time users of the Bonfire website, follow the “Register” button at the top right-hand corner of the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) portal provided by Utah State Purchasing at utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Any responses received through the U3P Jaggaer courtesy posting will not be considered responsive, nor will they be evaluated. Questions or needed assistance can be directed to the online knowledge base, the FAQs page, or the Bonfire Support Team at [email protected].
The designated websites will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated websites.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah 84701. Only electronic copies of Bidding Documents will be issued.
Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites.

Pre-bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
Instructions to Bidders:
This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The Project complied with
environmental regulations. The Contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages, HUD Form 4010 (Federal Labor Standards), BABA Materials, and compliance with Section 3 Construction Clause to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman-owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible Bidder will be selected.
